Q. How do we start?
A. Kaye. We start with a Pre-Program
Questionnaire. Then, in collaboration, we decide what makes the most sense in
your particular situation. You may begin with Individual Coaching in a
classroom format. Or, you can do your usual workday, or a speech, or lead a staff meeting, which Ellen reviews.
“Reality Coaching” Many
clients to work on Leadership Image. This is a very positive, powerful, ego
boost with excellent business results. Leadership Image Inside and Out
Q. Why do I need image
coaching? My closet is full.
A. Kaye. Whether your closet is
overflowing, or empty, is not the point. Like it or not, others assume the
way you care for yourself and your image, is the same way you take care of
your business interests. If you look outdated, unkempt or disheveled, people assume your
business practices are also sloppy, disorganized, outdated, or worse. Quickly
and painlessly clean up, update and do it all with style. Leadership Image Inside and Out
Q. Why not let my wife/Dad/girlfriend update my
image and coach my presentation?
A. Kaye. There are
many reasons to AVOID using friends and relatives to coach you. Here are just
a few:
1. They are not professionals.
2. They can only give you
non-professional coaching.
3. They are not objective.
4. They may have different goals for
you than you have for yourself.
5.
Their
interests may not be in alignment with the authentic you.
6. They may have a stake in keeping
you the way you are.
7. They may prefer to dress you too
hip, too stuffy, too edgy or too-too.
8. If you do not take their advice,
they will be offended.
9.
They
may be unable to see, or dream, the new you: the you
that I know you can be. Topics

Q. Why Have a Professional Coach on the Set?
A. Kaye. There are
a million important details to adjust, fix and keep
constant track of. It is physically
impossible for you to do this. You must
focus on the interview. However, left to their own
devices, these little things can overwhelm and sabotage an otherwise good
interview. Therefore, if you want to maximize your presentation skills and
speak, look and act like a professional, you absolutely must have a coach
there.
What can go wrong, be distracting
or simply ruin an interview? To name just a few: fly away hairs, that stray
bit of mascara on your check, those beads of sweat dripping down your
forehead or forming on your upper lip, wearing colors that merge you into the
back ground, wrinkles or folds or bunching or blousing of your
shirt/dress/jacket, crooked ties, sagging breasts, that goofy smile that you
hate, your bug-out eyes, your tense shoulders up around your ears, the
lipstick on your teeth, the sweat on your forehead or upper lip, those dark
shadows underneath your eyes, the disgusting sleepy dust coagulating in your
eyes, the white crust that forms at the corners of your lips, your cowlick
that won’t stay down today. . . need I say more? Welcome to life in the fast
lane!
Yes, the camera sees all. I
strongly urge you to have someone in your corner on-set with you to see it
first.
